Nagaland’s Elephant Corridors: fragmentation and conflict

Researchers from Nagaland University and Mizoram University identified eleven elephant corridors in Nagaland, two of which are now compromised. Encroachment of the corridors trap the free-ranging elephants leading to human elephant conflict. Sanghamitra Deobhanj reports.
